Hard Time / Death Row

  • A web game built to promote National Geographic’s “America’s Hardest Prisons” TV series
  •  A rebranding of the game known as Death Row was a huge viral hit and has been played millions of times across many game portals
  • Players managed and reformed a virtual prisoner through various tasks, games and exercises. They could also study, eat and relax
  • The game featured a Chatbot API where the player could talk to an AI bot which would respond intelligently based on heuristic learning
  • The game doubled traffic for National Geographic Channel’s website during the time it was on the site
