Description
Ever yearn to return to the magic of the first time you played an arcade RPG like Gauntlet 2 or Golden Axe? Recapture the magic in Gorgon Shield, from Oliver Joyce, creator of the beloved Swords and Sandals series! Up to four heroes ride on a giant shield in a tower in their quest to vanquish the mighty gorgon Medusa. Fight, heal, gain treasure, rise upwards. Each hero will eventually fall and make their way for the next heroes, but their sacrifices will not be in vain - for their treasure will pass onto the next, paving the way forward ever onward.
History
Gorgon Shield started development in since May 2023 using the Godot Engine with the full version launched in July 2024.
